I wish to temporarily rent out a fully furnished House in South Austin.Rental months June July August September -. About your house:.This home sits on 4 acres in south Austin at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a creek in the back of the property that stretches over 1/4 mile that is totally stocked with fish. There is a small 16 ft boat and trolling motor for use. We are beyond the city restrictions and delight in keeping animals & little live stock. We also get to delight in riding ATVs and target practice on our property - NO HUNTING. As part of this arrangement we are searching for somebody who can manage animals.Feed the following every day. 3 pet dogs, 1 cat, 2 goats w / infants, 7 ducks, 20+ chickens.We are looking for somebody who would enjoy this and not see this as a chore.This is part of the offer and are only attracted to individuals who will be able to do this. Inside our home is fully furnished with extra large memory foam mattresses. There are two separate living rooms that have flat screen TV with sectional couches. It is all extremely comfortable and secluded with a gate at the front of the home and no traffic at the end of a cul de sac. If you are presently trying to find a place with you family for the summer this is a terrific location. Very Quiet and far off in the protection however close enough to quickly get to the establishment 5min and 15 minutes from downtown.
