Well maintained and constantly upgraded.The place is fully furnished, with washer and dryer located in the garage. Towels and bed linen are included. Small refrigerator in the kitchen with separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. TV is small, and cable is not available. WiFi connection is available. You may also found a couple of bikes in the garage.Completely private. You wont share the house with anyone else. We live very close, and we are available for any needs, questions or suggestions.Valley Village is a great neighbor within the beautiful North Hollywood.The house is near to Universal Studios with the beautiful City Walk and the great NoHo Art District with theaters shops and fantastic restaurants and pubs. A bike path will take you straight to Studio City and Ventura Boulevard, for great shopping and dining. Grocery stores are a couple of blocks away, as well as the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square.Close to the metro station that can quickly take you to some of the popular destinations in the Los Angeles area.Well trained pets are welcome.
