This 2006 constructed townhouse features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and over 1,250 square feet with a one car garage. The home has been furnished as a second home for me (and not as a rental) so it includes all of the comforts of a real home. I have a new 52" large screen TV with a theatre system and surround sound speakers. The theatre system has bluetooth capability so you can play wireless music from your smart phone. I have new furniture throughout with new mattresses and bedding. The sofa sleeper will soon be replaced. I visit my home frequently so it is well kept. The master bedroom has a 42" large screen TV, and there is WiFi Internet access throughout the house. It typically rents for $225/night in the off season and $275/night in the off season. Please check with my management company to determine the nightly rental fee.
