Great location simply off Hwy 89, a 5 minute walk to personal beach / Sunnyside Resort / Firesign dining establishment, and 2 miles south of Tahoe City. Lots of photos on our internet site: www.tahoepinecone.com. Master BR: Double and 2 twins.Big BR: Queen, 2 doubles and 1 twin.Bunk Room: 4 twins. Pine Cone cabin is located within easy strolling range to a personal beach with picnic tables, BBQ grills, volleyball court, basketball, horseshoes, and a playground. Or just lay on the pier with an excellent book! Comfy living space with wood burning stove. Completely geared up kitchen area with dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, microwave, espresso, coffee and toaster devices. We likewise have our Saturday Supper dessert cabinet consisting of an ice cream maker, sundae bar, fondue, and of course s'mores! Wi-Fi, DVD, Cable, and great deals of games and puzzles. Washer dryer. Parking for 5-6 vehicles. In the summer, rates are $225/night with a 2 night minimum or $1400/week or $4000/month.In the spring and fall, rates are $150/night with a 2 night minimum or $900/week. Fourth of July $325/night with a 3 night minimum.(leased).Labor Day $300/night with a 3 night minimum. (rented).There's a min. $100 cleaning charge and $300 refundable deposit.
