Because you are ON the Eagle River with the longest River view in all the Valley, next door to the Riverwalk where you can walk to a grocery store, movie theater, Starbucks, liquor store, shops of all kinds, and our favorite restaurants such as Juniper's, Zino's, the French Press, Main street Grill, Gas House, Sato's Sushi, and many more. The sound of the river is fantastic! Our 2100 sq ft residence is one of only 5 luxury townhomes and it is huge - 50% larger than other adjacent condos. Please be aware that all of the other River Pines or Riverwalk condos (NONE of which are townhouse style) are great, but the size, and the luxury finish details such as granite, hardwoods, and the professionally designed decor sets our home apart and completes this unbeatable value. Located on the top floor -Master Bedroom includes King Bed with flatscreen TV, views down Eagle River, and 5 piece bath.Second Bedroom includes Queen Bed with Lodge Pole Pine Dress and it's own attached Full Bath and large closet. Laundry Closet is located on this level. Private underground heated parking for 2 cars with plenty of extra parking. Large main level walk out patio with sounds and views on the Eagle River with BBQ. Features include high ceilings, 3 flat screen televisions, DVD players, wifi, printer, all brand new furnishings and accessories. The master has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and there are two queen size convertible sofas in the living area. All bedding is of a luxurious quality.
