3-Bedroom house readily available for Cornell graduation weekend (available Thursday-Monday). Not big, however can accommodate plenty of people and is GREAT for young children. AIR CONDITIONING in every bedroom. Great deals of facilities (see below). Cost is $250/night or finest offer based upon your overall stay. Individual spaces can be rented for $150/night. I would favor to make bookings and receive payment through Air BnB. You can pay by credit card and your security deposit is not charged (just a hold of $500 on your credit card). Money is fine with a $500 down payment. Checks won't be accepted unless you can get it to me with time to clear. Contact me here and I will certainly send you a link to the BnB site, or just look for it on there ... Feel complimentary to contact me by text or phone initially or come check out to see it. Price is low since I got it all removed for IC college graduation (it is rented currently) and I would actually like to take benefit of it while I have it clean:). Have a look at the pictures. Room 1:.Medium-sized space (~ 12x12).Queen bed with fantastic Simmons Beautyrest mattress and 3-inch memory foam topper (extremely deluxe and comfy!).Desk with 23" touchscreen display and computer.Ceiling fan and window A/C. Bed rooms 2:.Small room (~ 8x12).King-sized bed is 6-inch memory foam mattress with 2-inch memory foam mattress topper. Company, however comfy (my favorite).Window Air Conditioner. Room 3:.Little room (~ 7x12).Faux-leather futon folds down into extra-large twin / undersized complete bed.Ceiling fan and window A/C. Restroom:.1 Bathroom with tub and shower. 2 showerheads for additional convenience or to accommodate several individuals. Laundry:.Upright washer and clothes dryer in kitchen area. Outdoors:.Well-maintained small, however private back yard.Swing Set.Porch with seating and grill.
