Gorgeous 1850 sq ft Villa in Porto Cima. Two 40+ inch Marantz TVs. Battle fuel stove, grill, WIFI, Direct TV, Wii. One King bed, one Queen bed, Queen/single bunk, and Twin bed in the bedroom. Sleeps 7/9 depending upon the number of youngsters. $250 per night on the weekend (Friday and Saturday). during the week prices is $200 a night. There is a minimum of 2 nights or $500 on the weekend. If you can be found in on Thursday then Thursday night is $150. If you stay Thursday thru Sunday, Sunday is free. Cleaning cost is $100. Damage deposit is $250. You need to respond through email and then I will certainly call or email you with contact info. This is a privately owned device and I am not a Company. There is NO access to the any facilities at Porto Cima. ADULTS AND FAMILIES ONLY.
