Hood/Kileen , around 80 miles from San Marcos. 4 bedrooms:California king bed & toddler bed in master bedroom, queen bed, full bed, twin bed /w trundle; den with tv, dining room, kitchen, high chair, potty seat ,living room w/wood burning fireplace for winter (bring your wood, no pine) , 2 1/2 baths, game room with 8' slate pool table and other games, upper porch w/patio table 4 chairs, double rocker and single rocker. 2 car garage -only one stall available at this time, golf cart garage, big privcy fenced back yard. small bbq, smoker, table and chairs in garage for lower porch use. glider on lower porch also Just bring boats, jet ski's (or rent them 8 miles down the street or in Kingsland), bring your food and whatever you need.nearby subway , on the rocks restaurant and a few others or go into Marble Falls for pizza hut, Dock's , River City Grill, etc. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake All BOAT RAMPS ARE OPEN/ free boat ramp 1/8 mile from house .
