The house is totally furnished with all amenities including bed linen, towels, dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee machine, satellite TV, DVD gamer, washer, dryer, and outdoor charcoal grill. It has a large, high-ceiling living-room and separate dining location, with a huge table. The kitchen area is big with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, all small devices, and a bar with eight stools, plus a small table. Upstairs there are 2 bed rooms (one with a king-size bed, one with routine bed) and a complete bath. Downstairs also has 2 rooms (one with king-size and the other with regular bed), and a complete bath with a different vanity area in the master bed rooms. The back lawn is big (1/2 acre), grassy, and tree-shaded, and faces west for stunning sundowns shown in the lake. Birdwatching is delightful, consisting of herons, egrets, and even the pilated woodpeckers. Back lawn ends at a small sandy beach on Lake Livingston. Great for children, and children of any ages. The Cape Royale Golf Club, a public course, is just 5 minutes away. The course receives full marks amongst golfers and sports authors.
