DELIGHT IN A PRIVATE, FURNISHED, 2-BEDROOM COTTAGE on a 120-acre farm where you are minutes from Downtown New Paltz, the Mohonk Visitor Center and trailheads, Minnewaska State Park, and the Village of Gardiner. The cottage, a renovated 1800's schoolhouse, rests approximately six individuals. It is perfect for unique events, romantic escapes, family time, close friends' reunions, and so on . Inside, there is an open-concept living room with beamed cathedral ceilings, skylights, lots of windows, a remodelled eat-in kitchen, and dining location that seats as much as six. The Cottage has high speed WIFI, a flat-screen tv, cable, Blu Ray, and central air conditioning. The Master bedroom looks out on the farm and the 2nd bed room has twin beds. There are clean linens, towels, and fresh soap. Outside, there are adirondack chairs, a Weber grill, and an antique table for meals al fresco. Guests take pleasure in walking the home's carriage tracks, fulfilling the horses, ponies, and donkeys. Guests who wish to, can organize English riding lessons with our 2 instructors when available. RATES: $275 per night, based on double-occupancy. There is a 6-guest maximum. $25 extra per visitor, per night, after the 2nd visitor. PAYMENT: Chase Quick Pay or PayPal (slight extra fee).
