Nice Park at the end of the street. * Clean and Neat, fully provided - The GARDEN STUDIO has a personal entrance and tiled shower in 3/4 BATH. "Kitchen" alcove has cabinets, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It has all the furniture and cabinets one individual would require. Desk, dresser, twin bed, linens, towels, cooking area utensils/plates, all prepared for you. * Front Porch and Lovely garden yard simply outside your door with Hammock and Grill. OFF-STREET PARKING for your vehicle. If you like, * We have a sweet little pet dog who can stay out of your method. No added pets, kindly. * Great for short-term classes, short-lived task, or simply visiting our multi-faceted and friendly Tucson. The Garden Studio is a beautiful, neat, quiet environment. No medicines, smoking, extreme liquor use, or late hours. Typically peaceful by about 10 pm greatly appreciated given that other guests typically stand up quite early. Good personal/business references needed. *$150 (security/cleaning/damage) deposit due upon leasing. All but $35 for cleaning is returnable upon leaving. Complete rent for brief term due one week prior to arrival, or first and last for longer stays.
