The fee for this is $75.00 included in the deposit and is non refundable.2) A deposit of 1000.00 will be due at time of booking along with the application, to hold the unit. $925.00 will be returned within 10 days of your departure withstanding no damage has been done to unit. The owner will advise you within 48 hrs of your departure if there is a problem with the unit and/or your deposit being retained. Upon approval of rental 1/2 of your total due will be due and payable right away(to be received within 3 days). The balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. Please note: Due to seasonal rentals, 50% of all received amounts will be retained for any cancellations. Any cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive the 50% back. Due to the demand in our community, we are constantly turning people away because of our advance bookings so it is not possible to have an open cancellation policy.3) Renter must adhere to the policies and guidelines set forth in the community rules.
