Our house is best getaway for retired people looking for an enjoyable winter season home away from house, professionals and executives who need supplied accommodations for short-term projects and families with youngsters searching for an option to confined hotel rooms. Getaway in a wonderfully provided house in warm Northwest Tucson, Arizona where the winter seasons are warm and the outdoor activities abound. We independently own and lease out the home, so we understand precisely what practical requirements and animal comforts you need in your house far from home. This 3 bed, 2 bath residence is just minutes away from renowned golf links like Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa (2.2 mi.) where Nicklaus, Trevino, and Palmer have played. For cyclists, our Northwest Tucson place provides excellent access to miles of bike courses. Hike a different trail daily in our nationwide and state parks like Catalina State Park (11 miles), Saguaro National Park West (18 miles), Rincon National Park (miles), Saguaro National Park East (28 miles), Picacho Peak State Park (31 miles), and Sabino Canyon (16 miles). If you are a tennis swimmer, gamer or runner, we offer recommendations on our favorite places to work out and play. With simple access to I-10, you can reach downtown (12 miles) or the University of Arizona (13 miles) in 20 minutes. Enjoy indoor and outdoor cooking and dining year-round in our well-appointed kitchen and built-in outdoor grill. Unwind outdoors on the shaded flagstone outdoor patio and enjoy our Xeriscape desert landscaping with cactus of all sizes and shapes. The master room features a king-size bed, 2 dressers, an armoire holding a TV and a walk-in closet. The master has its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a complete bed with two dressers, together with a 36 inch flat screen HDTV. The third bedroom houses a twin bed and night table, but also functions as a little office, with a small desk, bookcase, and fax/printer/scanner / copier. The second and third bed room share a bathroom with a shower and tub. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the dining-room that seats eight people. The living-room has a new 46 inch flat screen HDTV with an external speaker system and DVD gamer. These spaces share a transparent gas fireplace. Low season rates (May 1 to October 31) are $1,300 per month. High season rates (November 1 to April 30) are $2,800 per month. Guest pays 100 % at the time of booking. Cancel up to 60 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Must sign rental contract prior to booking. For longer stays, happy inquire about rates. Refundable down payment of $200 or 10 % (whichever is greater) required. Cleaning charge is $100.
