It is the only home on a 7-acre lake on the top of a Catskill Mountain embedded in the woods, nearly invisible from the road. Gorgeously stunning! Everybody going to your house likes it! The very first floor (1300 ft2) has 3 bedrooms, 2 full washrooms, a open space of kitchen area, dining location and living-room with two sides of wide glass doors. The basement (1200 ft2) has 2 bed rooms and a full bathroom with a large activity location equipped with a table tennis table and a 6-foot pool table. There are nine beds for 11 individuals, numerous tables and 20+ chairs. There is a 500-ft2 deck and a BBQ grill. Two rowing boats (sitting 3-4 persons each) and a volley ball devices are likewise offered fun! No animals kindly. The running water is from a well - It is the guests' option to consume or not although it is clear and we do drink from the well. $285/weekday night; $350/weekend night; $1500/week; $4500/month. $500 deposit. $125 cleaning charge.
