Walking into our cozy little bungalow you will be greeted by initial hardwood flooring, colorful dcor, and a laid-back, distinctively Austin feel. Our living space has a big green sectional couch, Samsung flat screen TELEVISION and basic cable television channels. The living-room flows into the little dining-room with vintage chandelier. The dining room is linked to the cooking area which has all the facilities of house in a cute home setting. We prefer to tell our guests that we do not have a dishwasher in our cottage but we offer everything the visitor has to wash their dishes by hand. Our distinctive corridor leading to the two rooms seems like you are taking a hike on the greenbelt, with fall themed wallpaper. Our first bedroom has a deluxe king sized bed, all brand-new linens, and big surrounding windows checking out the bamboo and the yard. Our 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, elegant bedding and surrounding windows looking into the backyard. We have a distinct commercial washroom which has a lot of natural light from the glass block windows. We love to sit on our front porch throughout the nights and enjoy the sunset or toss a blanket down in our big backyard for a picnic. We are found off Airport Rd just a little over a mile from all the shops at Mueller Retail Center. The Mueller Retail Center includes about 400,000 square feet of retail stores fronting on I-35 and bordered by 51st Street. With over 25 companies now open, the retail center is central to household life-- a place for one-stop shopping where you can grab a latt, burrito or pizza and conduct your banking. We are likewise just a few miles to the UT football arena and downtown Austin.
