Our guests get huge price cuts at the Cheboygan Golf and Country Club as well as the Indian River Golf course!4. Get on the water by leasing a pontoon or fishing watercraft! This year our guests get a discount at Mullet Lake Marina too. Cottages sleep six, sandy shoreline, company lake bed that is leech totally free!(Ask about leeches at other lakes when reserving) evaluated in porch, and lots of other facilities are readily available in these charming housekeeping cottages! Perfect for households, fishermen, golfers and any individual looking for a clean, serene environment. Our cottages belong to Dutch Village Resort, an independently owned association. We have over 4 acres of magnificently manicured lawn directly on the northeast shore of Mullett Lake with over 200 ft. of frontage. There is a lot of room. We are on the 45 mile inland waterway at the north end of the lake. The beach and lake bottom is all sand, extremely safe with no drop offs. Great for kids but still deep enough to generate bigger boats. 100 ft. dock with watercraft moorings provided. There is electrical power offered at the dock for you fishermen.There is a fire pit with firewood included, lawn swings, picnic table, bar-b-que grill, paddle boat and a 14 ft. aluminum boat - everything you require for your getaway stay. Lovely sunsets offered at no added charge! The rates varies from $550 to $1050, relying on week. We provide price cuts for extra weeks. We lease Saturday to Saturday in season, weekends or everyday in the off season. Sorry - no animals allowed.
