Its a very sweet one-or two-bedroom,.1.5 bath non-smoking vacation rental with a large, attractive lanai that can easilybe divided into a back-half private second sleeping area for two, while still retaining its living room appeal in the forward half .... Indian Creek resort has 3 heated pools, hot tubs, over 20 ponds [many for fishing], acres of walking and biking paths, exercise buildings with showers and lockers, various court-sport facilities, community buildings providing events and classes, on-site laundry service,library, etc..And, it is just a 15 minute bike ride to the white-sand beach with all its great indoor/outdoor restaurants, music, shops, etc. There is great comfort in being in a place with 24-hour front gate security, regular bicycle or driving patrols, being among fellow residents who have all passed background checks, and feeling safe walking or jogging at night among the attractive, well-lit, narrow streets winding thru the community, with a ten mph speed limit!..... Full-month prices are $1,100 for Oct., Nov., & for April, 2014; Dec. is $1,250, and Jan., Feb. or Mar.2014 are $1,800/mo.!/2 month rates: Oct., Nov. & April, 2014 = $$750; Dec. = $900; Jan- March =$1,300/half-month- Last 1/2 of Sept. = $500.... I do accept bank or certified checks, tho I personally prefer to do transactions securely, using Paypal and credit cards.
