Our units offer 4 seasonal rates and 4 stepped rates (total 8 rates) for the best price all year. Our property can best be seen when crossing Powell Lake on HWY 98 traveling east from the 30-A area. We do sit on a true gulf front peninsula when the inlet is open. Our recently renourished beach, which is joined to the west by an undeveloped bird reserve and to the east by very minimally impacted area, offer more uncrowned room for the family to enjoy the day. Just outside our gated property are a Winn Dixie and Publix as well as a CVS. Our FYI material will give you several options for tested family food options and activities. After 48 years of vacationing at the west end of Panama City Beach we feel that our experiences can help enhance any visit. We offer both a 2 bedroom midrise and a 3 bedroom tower unit.
