We desire to build up our clientele so we have lots of quality clients that return year after year. We offer the BEST VALUE in Hampton, and our rental rates mirror that. The property is owner occupied all season long. We invite you to remain at our homes.Our 2 Bedroom devices have actually updated electric, air conditioning, wall-mounted flat screen television with broadened cable, and wifi internet. The cooking area has an apartment size stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Each bed rooms has a complete size bed. There is also a futon in the livingroom/kitchen area. Each system has a 3/4 bath (shower, sink and toilet). You can sleep 5 individuals easily. These units are well furnished. Each system has a little evaluated entry porch. Outside there are seperate clothes lines for each unit. A gas grill, 2 picnic tables and outdoors shower are all shared between the units. Parking for up to 2 vehicles per system.Mr. K's Cottages are located in the area of the Hampton Water Tower, on the corner of Church Street and Brown Ave. Easy in and out of the beach area, simply off Rte 101, without any beach traffic back-up. We are less than a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach.The rental rate is $675 per system, per week. A $50 discount will certainly be given if the exact same family/group rents both systems throughout the exact same week.
