The following are INCLUSIVE expenses based upon money price cuts.Non Holiday Discounts ---------------------------------------------------------------------------.$125 per nite weeknites (Sunday is a weeknite).$349 non-holiday weekend (Fri AND Sat) (extra days 125).$595 4 day 3 nite vacation weekend-- Labor Day. These fees consist of EVERYTHING other than $45 for cleaning (which is what I pay the cleaner). NO OTHER FEES OR TAXES. These are inclusive prices (most rental web sites do not inform you about charges and taxes frequently totaling up to $100 per day as soon as you get to the payment page). Charge card and ID for damage deposit. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------. This is a luxury condominium in a gated neighborhood in Puerto Penasco ON THE BEACH. This is NOT a water "view" (which is typically hundreds of yards from the beach); it is ON the water. See the waves from the porch, the living-room, and the bedroom. And let the sound put you to sleep during the night. 2 and 1/2 Bedroom, 2 bath, just remodeled complete kitchen area (upgraded countertop, stove, oven, 2 microwaves, dishwasher), washer and clothes dryer in different room in condo, jacuzzis, swimming pools, complete health club with exercise devices, tennis courts, web access (wifi IN condominium, the lobby and pool area, computer systems in typical location), complimentary calls to United States, etc. Complete service SPA (with discounts). On Site: Restaurant, Bar, Wine Bar, corner store. Sleeping: Each bed room has a King bed. There are likewise 2 rollaway beds (one full, one twin) and big sofas in addition (my teens typically utilize these by choice). And the platform bed in the kid video room for small ones (see pix). In temperate climate, numerous even opt to sleep on the balcony to let the waves rock you to sleep. Exactly what's with the 1/2 Bedroom? See the pix and look: we transformed a walk-in closet into a children's video room with a platform bed and its own TELEVISION with a children video collection. Every little children thinks it is really cool to have their own hideway! (And a recent prospect informed me that her 13 years of age slept there by selection!) No kids? It still functions as a walk in closet. KEEP IN MIND: 2BRs like this are BeachFRONT. The 1BR devices are beach "view" not beach. To actually be ON the water, lots of choose a 2BR even if they just use one BR. And we priced it like a 1BR. 3 Large flatscreen TVs (each BR plus the living space) plus TELEVISION in the children Video space. Cable television has HBO, CNN, ESPN, all 4 Phoenix Networks, etc. Plus 2 Spanish stations.
