The home has been just recently renovated with brand-new floors, paint, furniture, fireplace, washroom (that features a rainfall shower) and upgraded kitchen (total with brand-new home appliances). Our cottage is minutes away from the Manistee National Forest and showcases a 2000 sq ft outdoor deck that neglects the award winning Muskegon River total with the well-known outdoor "nap nook" with queen bed. Best place to sleep in West Michigan! Delight in the outdoor TELEVISION and view a DVD or capture up on the news. If you like you can even dock your boat right at the home or simply fish off the dock. The home is established with 1 queen bed, a little bedroom for 2 and a fold out sleeper couch in the living-room. Clean and totally furnished with everything you ought to require for an excellent stay. Required to rest and de-stress? This is the place to do it. Leas Saturday to Saturday $800 for the week. $400 for the weekend & $500 for vacation weekends. 50 % of the rental charge is because of hold. Cottage Features:.- 2000 sq ft outdoor deck ignoring the award-winning Muskegon River.- Outdoor space with bed. Finest place for a nap in Michigan.- Small, cozy 600 sq ft. cottage right on the river. Terrific views.- Two flat-screen TV's in living room and master room.- Cable tv and net.- Firepit for marshmallow roasting.- Large teak picnic table with plenty of space.- Miles of hiking close by on state land and in the Manistee National Forest.- Charcoal grill on premises.- Great fishing right from the dock on this award winning river! Small print: No Pets. No parties. Home for not even more than 6 with queen size bed, foldout sofa bed and added smaller bed room with 2 bunks. No smoking cigarettes, no water in the residence due to the flooring. Nobody under 14 permitted due to the high bank and quick current of the river. Wear life preserver at all times.
