When checking in, the resort will require a credit card and will put a monetary hold on that card for incidentals. Cleaning services are provided at the END of your stay. However, you are REQUIRED to strip the beds and leave all used linens and towels in a laundry basket. (The basket is in the closet of the unit). In addition, load and start dishwasher when you leave. ALL trash must be removed from the unit, and taken to the dumpster. Failure to comply with these few items will result in additional cleaning fees and will be deducted from your security deposit and/or legal action will be pursued. Prices are for entire stay.
