Enter 511423 for the Listing ID, and then click search.)The unit is located directly on the water, so there are some pretty spectacular ocean views from the foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and lanai area (lanai area has a bistro table next to Jerry the giraffe in photos). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and its own private bath and stall shower. The spare bedroom has two full beds, and also has its own private bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including drinking glasses, wine & Champagne glasses, dishes, pots and pans, crock pots, etc. The condo is also equipped with 3 flat screen TVs (46 inch. in the living room, and 19in in each bedroom), DVD players, and wireless Internet.The unit was completely remodeled last December, with all new furniture from Calvin's Leather Gallery, here in Buffalo, NY. The lower level has four stainless steel gas grills, with granite counter tops, similar to an outdoor kitchen, plus a picnic table area large enough for 300 people, overlooking the water. On the other side is the pool area, surrounded with lounge chairs. There are also beach chairs in the unit, as well as beach towels, beach games, and stereo.
