Our West End Sea Isle House on Galveston Island's West Beach is located within easy walking distance from the beach (4/10 mi.), a full service marina with 2 private boat ramps, a community swimming pool, private, lighted fishing pier, tennis court, a bar and two restaurants. We have a lovely view of the bay and there's a bird sanctuary right across the street. Amenities include a full kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub, two flat screen TV's with satellite, washer & dryer and much more. Wi-Fi available for a fee. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably with a queen size bed in the bedroom, twin bunk beds in a separate, unconnected downstairs bedroom & a fold out sofa with a queen size innerspring mattress in the living area. There's even a private outdoor shower for after beach rinse-offs! Our house is surrounded by lot's of tropical plants and palm trees and has a nice covered area underneath to sit and enjoy the cool Gulf breezes or have a Happy Hour in your own 'Tiki Bar'. You can catch Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder and Crabs or just watch the sunset over Galveston Bay at the lighted fishing pier a few short blocks away. Sea Isle also has a private beach parking area with a walkway over the dunes to get to the beach. Rent a golf cart available from several vendors close by and cruise Sea Isle in style! There's also a cool sports bar at the Maina about 4 blocks from the house so you can party safe. Sea Isle is located about 20 minutes from such great attractions as Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, the Strand downtown historical district and Galveston's brand new Pleasure Pier. We are less than an hour from Hobby Airport in Houston so you won't spend a lot of time getting here. Winter Rates (Until May 1): $125/night Sun. through Thur. & $145/night Fri. & Sat. with a two night minimum. Weekly rate is $790.Summer Rates: $150/night Sun. through Thur. & $170/night Fri. & Sat. with a two night minimum. Weekly rate is $900.Holiday & special events rates are a minimum of $170/night Mon. through Thurs. & $190/night Fri. through Sun. & events dates with a three night minimum for certain events. Weekly rate for holiday & special events is a minimum of $960.$50 cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded depending on condition of house upon departure.
