When you are not out and about you can simply relax on the south facing pool deck or in the pool watching the golfers go by. The pool area is screened with a lanai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool is an optional extra recommended between October - May.The garage is a games room with ping pong / table tennis and dart board.There is a homely lounge area with Sony Bravia TV & Sony DVD player. The villa is equipped with an IPod docking station.There are plenty of places to eat out and many options of take away's nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped when you want to eat in. There is also a dining room table.It is a perfect holiday home for small families.The master queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.The second bedroom is a full bed and the third a twin room.
