Prime fishing area, 0.4 mi from Avonia Beach, Lake Erie.-Access to personal land for fishing on Elk Creek, 6.3 mi. away-9.8 mi from Presque Isle State Park-4.3 mi from Walnut Creek-16 mi from Presque Isle Downs and Casino-Close to Elk Creek Access-Short drive to Conneaut Creek (Ohio). 2/3 bedroom home, sleeps 6 with room for additional sleeping arrangements (1 dbl, 3 twin, and 1 futon). Fully furnished with complete cooking area, restroom, and laundry centers. Home is warmed, charcoal grill and outdoor fire pit. Linens available upon request. Half of lease required to hold reservation. Before calling, happy take the following test:.1. When going outdoor camping, I.A. Sleep in a Recreational Vehicle with the generator running all night for air conditioning.B. Sit around the campfire playing a banjo and crawl into my camping tent til the sun rises. 2. My idea of a 300 dollar a week cabin.A. Looks like a page from an Ikea magazine, was decorated by Martha Stewart, and looks fit for the Queen of England.B. Has a location for a hot shower, cold beer, and fire. 3. When in the woods.A. I shriek at the sight of anything with more than 2 legs.B. I understand I could see and hear: raccoons, deer, turkey, opossum, and owls.
