Housing Rental for EAA: available Sat. 7/21/12 through Mon. 7/30/12 (EAA is July 23-29)1,932 sqft, Entire 5 bed , 2 bath available housing is $300 a night. However if book for a minimum of 7 nights or more, we will book at a discounted rate of $275 a night.We have 4 queen size beds and 1 king size bed. The house is a quad level. In addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the bedroom in the lower level, we also have a 2nd family room that has an additional sleeping area, a comfortable Lane queen size sofa sleeper, and in addition an extra queen air mattress is available if extra accommodations are needed.Central air, wireless Internet, & all new appliances in May 2010, washer & dryer --laundry facilities. Clean linens will put on the beds, & towels will be provided, as well as extra towels and linens. House will be fully cleaned the day prior to your stay by our cleaning lady, as we will be gone, & the clean linens put on. We also have deck -outside patio with seating for 8, a hot tub off the deck that can be used, a stainless steel gas grill for outdoor cooking & ¾ fenced in backyard , privacy fence but is not completely fenced in. Dogs are welcome.Our house is within a mile of a grocery store as well as restaurants and within 3 miles of EAA. Public transportation is available and accessible. Everything listed is included in the price, no additional fees. Owners vacate during stay.NOTE: Toddler Bed or crib, swing set, car seats, double strollers, if needed and other baby/child accessories are available if requested.
