Our family's Luxury Tahoe Cabin is available NOW. We normally charge $300 per night + $150 cleaning fee + 10% room tax. Thjs luxury cabin has a eagle's nest view and lots of room to spread out and have a great time! There's an outdoor hot tub, 2 covered decks with a peek of the lake, game room with small pool table, sleeps 12, large leather sectional in the living room, and newer furniture and mattresses throughout. Our normal rate is $300 per night with a 4 night minimum plus $150 cleaning fee + 10% room tax. We have some flexibility on the 4 night minimum stay.....let us know what works for you!Rates: $300 per night. Add $150 cleaning fee and 10% room tax. There is also a $250 refundable damage deposit. We accept all credit and debit cards except AMEX. We normally request 4 night stays but we sometimes make an exception!2 NIGHTS FREE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY SPECIAL............ Check in Friday.....stay 7 nights......check out on Friday.......Pay for 5 nights and get 2 nights FREE. $300 x 5 = $1500 + 2 NIGHTS FREE + $150 cleaning fee + $165 room tax = $1815 total rental cost. Add $250 refundable damage deposit. Must be paid in full at time of booking.
