A/c unit in every room as well as ceiling fans throughout. Residence has 3 bedrooms; master with queen bed w/TV, 2nd master with queen bed and children room with 2 double bed bottom/twin leading bunk beds, residence sleeps 10. 11/2 baths with big outside shower w/dressing space. A need to have at the beach! Living room is 20' x 20' w / 42" Plasma MOVIE w/DVD/VCR and family cable. Movies, DVDs and lots of paperbacks for the beach. Dining room with table and sits 6/kitchen counter sits 5. Full size washer/dryer and outside cloths line. Gas stove/dishwasher/blender / microwave oven/4 piece toaster/coffee maker. All serving platters large bowls and so on silverware, dishes, cups, glasses and so on . 12' x 20'front deck with seating/picnic table w / umbrella & gas grill. Coveringed front porch w / seating. Parking for 5 cars with 1 car garage. Clean white sandy beach with clean ocean, Lifeguards on task 7 days week (have to acquire badges at additional cost). 1 week offered:. August 23 to August 30. * August 31 and Sept. 1 (Labor Day) at additional cost.
