Perfect quiet studio for 2-3 people or a single traveler.Located in very residential, green and very safe neighborhood near many shops and great Upper East Side restaurants/bars. Very close to John Jay park and Central park.Stay and enjoy New York and feel like a true New Yorker. This small and cozy studio will be perfect for a short trip to the Big Apple.The studio is small compared to other parts of the country, but this is NYC where space is a premium. I have just enough furniture to meets your needs without being over crowded and still remain cozy and comfortable.A benefit of staying in NYC is you will experience the city from a local perspective, this includes small spaces. Though other NYers have complimented me on the space saving options that I have implemented.Also included at no extra charge HBO on Demand.While there is a Real Queen size bed, there is also an Emily Vanilla Chaise lounge/sleeper for a third guest. This addition makes the studio quant but not overcrowded. Being 66 I can and have slept on the Chaise lounge.Beautiful and quiet, close to East River, John Jay and Central Parks. There are many wineries, delis, shops and resturants in the area.The neighborhood is called Lennox Hill and has an interesting history.M31 Bus at the corner, is consider the central park bus and will take you south on York and then to 56Lex subway. The 77 Lexington Subway for the 4,5,6 to Grand Central and other parts of NYC is about a 13-15 minute walk (0.6 mile). There are also numerous taxis patrolling the area. You also have the M15 that travels north on 1st Ave and the M15 bus that travels south on 2nd Ave between Upper Manhattan to Lower Manhattan.
