The big front space is set up as a den with another television, recliner chair, couch that can fold out into a couch bed for the periodic guest(s), bookshelves, and so on. We purposely designed this condominium for ourselves who are a couple and wished to have more area, particularly when one wishes to enjoy television and the other wants separate area to read, write, work, and so on. The open porch ignores the heated swimming pool, tennis court, and has a table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are granite surfaces in the kitchen area, bathroom, wifi, cable television, a/c, barbecue location, charming landscaped premises, parking. Available July and / or August - will rent for one month or 2. Would match a retired couple as the neighborhood is mostly mature respectful locals and is an extremely quiet complex. $3200 calendar month plus security deposit and cleaning cost. 10 minutes to Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Co, close to Barrington Stage, Berkshire Theatre Festival and all the other terrific attractions the Berkshires have to provide.
