I am looking to rent my home in the N-end of Boise for $35 per night to temporary visitors or business travelers. I travel 75% of the time and my usual travel schedule is Mon-Thurs evening and often runs over til Friday and some weekends. However, I will be home some of the time and my schedule changes frequently.I am somewhat negotiable on what I am looking for, as the house just sits empty the majority of the time. I am willing to rent one room by the night, week or possibly a month for the right situation. There will be access to the entire home including laundry, kitchen, internet, cable, outdoor fireplace and BBQ Grill Patio access. This would work well for a business traveler or a small family traveling to the Boise area. The home is located in Hyde Park on 14th Street, across from foothills and withing 3 blocks of restaraunts in the historic N-end Neighborhood.The room is furnished and comes with a very nice double pillow top Queen bed. If you have any ideas or suggestions please feel free to ask. I am a professional female in my 30's. Non Smoker. I am however laid back, health conscious and active, which is why I love living in the Northend which is close to downtown, Co-op and busline.I am also open to an approved dog. I usually have a 4-8 week schedule so that I know when I travel. I am not opposed to having someone in the home while I am here as travel dates may overlap.
