The size is 500 sqft bright and airy, it has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet, 1 bathroom, living/work room with 2 large leather couches, kitchenette, washer/dryer in the unit, cable + 40 inches TV, DVD player, Apple TV, Wifi, Central AC and heating.Tenant will share a driveway with landlord, I can only take tenant with 1 car or preferably no car.The monthly rental fee includes:*Weekly cleaning service (changing sheets, cleaning kitchen, bathroom, sweep, mop and dust)*Cleaning supplies including paper towel and toilet paper*Application, background check feeTheres a grass area in the premises, so tenant allowed to bring a small dog with maximum weight of 20 lbs and it has to be housebroken.
