Our well preserved condominium has 3 bed rooms, 2 full restrooms, full kitchen with full size washer and clothes dryer, central air/heat. The condo is on the 2nd floor of Water Pointe II, North Myrtle Beach, near Barefoot Landing. Water Pointe II is an all ocean front structure. It has a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and an outdoor pool, all have full ocean views. The building set up makes for very simple access to the beach, no long hikes. Our linen bundle includes bed sheets and lots of bath towels. The beds are offseted your arrival, simply appear and enjoy! Our system has a partial ocean view; it looks out over the indoor swimming pool roof. We realize this view could not be for everybody. We desire all tenants to be conscious of the view. Our unit is on the 2nd floor of a 10 story concrete structure. We are directly on the beach. Compare my rates to other oceanfront 3BR condos and you will see I am substantially more budget friendly!
