Our well preserved condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete washrooms, total kitchen with full size washer and dryer, main air/heat. The condominium is on the 2nd floor of Water Pointe II, North Myrtle Beach, near Barefoot Landing. Water Pointe II is an all ocean front structure. It has a heated indoor swimming pool with hot tub and an outdoor pool, all have complete ocean views. The structure established makes for very easy access to the coastline, no long hikes. Our linen plan includes bed sheets and lots of bath towels. The beds are made up for your arrival, just show up and enjoy! Our unit has a partial ocean view; it keeps an eye out over the indoor swimming pool roofing. We realize this view could not be for everybody. We really want all renters to be conscious of the view. Our device is on the 2nd floor of a 10 tale concrete building. We are directly on the beach. Compare my rates to other oceanfront 3BR condos and you will see I am substantially more economical!
