The house backs to 40 acres of woods which you can take pleasure in from the expansive outdoor living area. There is a gas grill for your use in addition to a fire pit for making smores or just keeping warm on a cold night. There is personal parking for up to four cars at the home and there is even more parking within the community. The personal dock is located less than 50 lawns from the house in an undeveloped no wake cove at the 13 mile marker off the primary channel. The dock is 10x24 with a little swim deck. The fishing is excellent from late winter season to late fall in the cove. If you do not such as making the ride on foot, there are two spots to park your car at the dock. The private boat launch on the property is very easy to browse with large or small craft. I have a 30 foot boat and have never ever had any troubles with water depth or maneuvering. There is room to park approximately a 36 foot trailer on website near the launch. The huge structure ignoring the lake is a great spot to have or relax supper. The house is literally located less than 30 minutes from everything you could wish to do at the lake, with places like the outlet shopping mall, reveals, miniature golf, go-carts and the dam being less than 10.
