Available Friday to Friday from December 30, 2011 - January 6th, 2012. 3rd floor, great oceanview and access. Hang out in historic St. Augustine, sleep-in, relax, walk the beach, go to Gator Bowl in Jax, FL ( 1 hour away), go to Citrus Bowl in Orlando (2 hours away), go visit Daytona (1 hour away). Probably 50 golf courses within 1 hour of this location as well? Go to Oceangate/Festiva website for info and pictures. www.festiva-oceangate.com Nice pools and common areas for parties, cook-outs etc. We own the timeshare unit, and have it booked for a great week, but we cannot get away with the family that week afterall.
