Our townhome is a 3 bedroom, 3 full baths with two stories at Royal Seaesta with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a comfortable living area with TV's in each room and a DVD in the living room. It easily sleeps a family of eight (8). The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower and an additional sink and small refrigerator in the bedroom area. Bedroom two has two queen size beds, and bedroom three has twin bunk beds downstairs. Everything you will need including towels, beach towels, sheets, paper items and a washer and dryer is included for your convenience. Parking is adequate for two vehicles and extra spaces are available if needed at no additional charge. A small foot pool or hot tub with decked area and grill is on the property. The townhome is very spacious and family friendly.Royal Seaesta is located on OLD 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida (Destin). It is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with a private beach access where you can stroll on the sugar white beach and enjoy our beautiful emerald waters or sit in the sand creating sand castles. Scenic Highway provides a walk/bike path for safety when exercising or strolling. It is midway between the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons shopping areas and within twenty minutes to Pier Park or Ft. Walton Beach. Pompano Joes and the Crab Trap are within walking distance. Those flying into the area may arrive at Northwest Florida Regional Airport in Ft. Walton/Valparaiso/EAFB or Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in Panama City.
