We are a Nebraska family that likes to go to the Phoenix area. We recently bought a home so we might spend even more time in the location. The times we are not using it, we would such as to share it with other Nebraskan's that delight in taking a trip to Phoenix. Our spectacular completely furnished home is found in the gorgeous neighborhood of Johnson Ranch Golf Community which is at the base of the San Tan Mountains & South of Superstition Mountain. Our spacious ranch home is 1900 sq ft sits on a corner lot and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, and a north facing backyard that backs onto an open location without any next-door neighbors directly behind and a good walking/biking path. This spectacular yard comes with a pebble tec swimming pool, covered outdoor patio seating location with stainless steel gas grill, and incredible desert landscaping. The in of our home features a roomy master room with king size bed and en suite with soaking tub and shower and big walk in closet. The master room likewise showcases an office with lovely french doors. The other 2 bed rooms have a king size bed and two twin beds. Both feature good closets. The 2nd full restroom is found next to the bedrooms. The kitchen area is completely geared up with a high bar, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living-room includes a flat screen TV. Our house likewise has a wifi connection and cable television. Other functions consist of a two car garage and completely equipped laundry space. The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is a 18 hole, champion length golf course center, with over 7100 backyards. This facility contains a practice putting and chipping green, practice bunker and full size driving variety. The Terrace Restaurant is located here also. In this neighborhood there are three community pools, lots of play grounds, tennis courts & basketball courts. Sometimes of booking there is a 20 % reserving deposit and the balance of the rental is due 1 week prior to arrival date. All rentals require a $500 refundable damage deposit and $125 cleaning fee due 1 week prior to arrival date. Summertime Rental (June 1 to September 30).Weekly - $850.Regular monthly - $1900. Fall Rental (October 1 to November 30).Weekly - $1050.Month-to-month - $2100. Winter Rental - Peak Season (December 1 to March 30).Weekly - $1200.Regular monthly - $2500. Spring Rental (April 1 to May 31).Weekly - $1050.Monthly - $2100.
