The balcony is one of the largest on the beach and has the most gorgeous view from the west end of the structure. The balcony supplies aquatic life seeing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different types of fish. Our luxury condominium is skillfully decorated and has high quality appliances, granite counter tops, a full kitchen with everything needed for food preparation. We have Tuscany Beige Travertine Tile throughout our condominium laid in the French Pattern design. The excellent room and all rooms each contain a TELEVISION, and a DVD gamer. We have a 55" Big Screen LCD Vizio 1080p HD TELEVISION in the Great Room. In addition, we have a Windham Fireplace Console with 4 flame settings and a 30" large fireplace insert. Free cordless high speed web is included. The couch in the wonderful space will certainly convert into a queen size bed for extra visitor. In the laundry room, we have a washer and dryer. The bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The space showcases a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, end tables, wall mirror, and full size armoire. One of the guest rooms has a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom features 2 twin size beds with 450 Thread Count Sheets, chest and end table. Both bed rooms open onto a back terrace with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest spaces have separate entrances to the bath. In our luxury condominium complex, you will certainly delight in the secure covered parking garage with five separate covered walkovers with one on our floor, and 4 high speed elevators. We offer a fitness space with an ocean view, a recreation room for teenagers and children. We have in-house security available by phone. From early March with mid-October we supply free use of the beach service (a $140 regular value free to our renters) consisting of 2 cushioned easy chair with umbrella on the sandy beach. The tropical beach front pool area includes a 120 ft long heated swimming pool, separate children's pool, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which provides para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana watercrafts together with the lovely sunlight. We are found on the peaceful east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and within simple strolling distance to Schooners, "The Last Local Beach Club" (a Gulf front bar and seafood home with live entertainment), Montego Bay, and Scampy's dining establishments. In addition, Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, and a lot more dining establishments, marinas, and entertainment are within walking range. Shopping neighbors at Sunsations, Shipwreck Ltd, Alvin's Island Dept. Establishment, and The Palace beach clothing and supply stores. Numerous world class golf links, Pier Park Mall, many theme park and Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wal-Mart are all within a simple drive. Below are a couple videos.
