Stay LESS than 2 miles from Beaver Stadium. 3 big bedrooms. One with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and futon that will accommodate seven individuals. There is a futon in the theater space and a couch in the living room and family room as well as an inflatable bed. You can sleep an optimum of 12 comfortably (more with sleeping bags). There is one huge shared bathroom nearby to the rooms and half restroom off the living room. The theater has a 10 FOOT HD TELEVISION, the living-room has a 63-inch and the family room has a 32-inch all with complete CATV Programming so you can enjoy all of the other football video games. There is also wireless web. There are TWO huge decks in the back with a large fire pit and a jacuzzi in the lower outdoor patio. This is an exceptional area to delight in wine or scotch and a cigar. If asked for, we can setup a canopy with a heater and outdoors tv. There is about a quarter acre of back lawn for playing catch or setting up a huge canopy and catering an occasion.
