At the end of the block heading east is a fenced playground, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts-- all beside a lovely lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. One even more block and you're at the beach! Consists of SECURED HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION and TELEVISION in 3 spaces.AIR CONDITIONER systems in all spaces. 3 rooms also have ceiling fans. WASHER-DRYER in home. Huge refrigerator with ice-maker. Design: On first floor are living space with queen sleep sofa, dining room, room with complete bed, large eat-in kitchen and bathroom. 2 even more rooms on second floor-- one with queen bed, other with 2 twin beds that can be put together to make a king-size bed (other than much shorter). All beds and sleep couch have good quality bed mattress. Large front porch with rocking chairs and picnic table. Smaller sized side porch with gas barbecue grill off cooking area. Front entry provides great area for beach gear. Some beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella are supplied, as are games, books, and videos (for both grownups and kids), with even more offered upon demand.Rates: $19,000 for whole 2015 period-- Memorial Day weekend-- Labor Day. Labor Day Weekend--$975.Stay all the time Monday on Labor Day no extra charge!
