Owner managed and constructed in 2005, our 6th floor west end luxury coastline condo has 9 ft ceilings, 1950 sq ft living area, 3 bed rooms, 2 bath with a 802 sq ft wrap balcony. The balcony is one of the biggest on the beach and has the most stunning look at from the west end of the building. The balcony supplies marine life watching such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all various kinds of fish. Our luxury condo is expertly decorated and has high quality appliances, granite counter tops, a full cooking area with everything needed for cooking. We have Tuscany Beige Travertine Tile throughout our condominium laid in the French Pattern design. The great room and all bedrooms each include a TELEVISION, and a DVD gamer. We have a 55" Big Screen LCD Vizio 1080p HD MOVIE in the Great Room. In addition, we have a Windham Fireplace Console with 4 flame settings and a 30" broad fireplace insert. Free wireless high speed internet is consisted of. The couch in the wonderful room will transform into a queen size bed for additional guest. In the utility room, we have a washer and clothes dryer. The bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room includes a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, end tables, wall mirror, and full size armoire. Among the guest rooms has a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom includes 2 twin size beds with 450 Thread Count Sheets, chest and end table. Both rooms open onto a back balcony with a see of the bays and a personal sitting location. Guest spaces have different entryways to the bath. In our luxury condominium complex, you will certainly delight in the safe and secure protected parking garage with 5 separate covered walkovers with one on our floor, and four high speed elevators. We provide a fitness space with an ocean see, a recreation room for teenagers and kids. We have internal security readily available by phone. From early March through mid-October we supply free use of the beach service (a $140 weekly value complimentary to our occupants) consisting of 2 cushioned easy chair with umbrella on the sandy coastline. The tropical beach front pool area consists of a 120 ft long heated swimming pool, different kids's swimming pool, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which provides para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats in addition to the beautiful sunlight. We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and within easy strolling range to Schooners, "The Last Local Beach Club" (a Gulf front bar and seafood house with live home entertainment), Montego Bay, and Scampy's dining establishments. In addition, Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, and lots of more restaurants, marinas, and home entertainment are within walking distance. Shopping neighbors at Sunsations, Shipwreck Ltd, Alvin's Island Dept. Store, and The Palace beach clothing and supply shops.
