The primary living level is tiled. There is a large living area on the bay side with a video game table and queen sleep couch. The kitchen area includes corian counters, strong wood cabinets, an integrateded extra ice maker, and all major appliances. It ignores a den and dining area with a beautiful Ocean View. There is a half bath and laundry area off of the kitchen area. The third floor homes the 3 rooms and two baths, with hardwood floors, ceiling to floor glass on the bay side and a large window in the Master ignoring the Ocean. The big Master Bedroom/Bath includes double sinks, a king size bed and plenty of closet area. We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summertime. Should be over the age of 25 to lease. Rental contract needed. Weekly rate is $1450 plus home cleaning cost. We are still taking summertime reservations for July and August. 2014. Book yours today !!
