Now reserving for the 2014 summer vacation period 3 bed rooms 2 bath house (mommy utilizes as a winter house). The house supplies all the comforts of house including washer/dryer. This house is located in a little household community. Nice front and backyard with fruit trees. It is just 3 miles from the pier at Surfside Beach and less than 1 mile to a public boat landing. The rental term runs from Friday to Friday. When we can provide a minimum 3 day stay, if you are looking for a weekend get away there are times. NO PETS ALLOWED. Home is located only minutes from location destinations such as Wild Water & Wheels, Myrtle Waves, Legends In Concert, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium and the Dixie Stampede. The Myrtle Beach location also has an abundance of golf courses. Easy access to shopping consist of the brand-new Market Common, Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Outlets (both on Hwy 501 & N. Kings Hwy) and Colonial Mall. These are in addition to all the local one of a kind shops in the location. We likewise have a variety of Art Galleries and cinema. Now let's talk about the amazing and excellent food selections that are readily available nearby from junk food to great dining. Arby's, KFC, Chick Fillet, Hardee's, Chilli's, Dennys, Bonefish, Damon's, Flo's (in the inlet), Nance's (in the inlet), Rivercity Cafe, Moe's, Five Guys, Ruth Chris, Crabby Mike's and lots more. A nonrefundable $100 holding fee/security deposit is required to reserve and ensure the home for your stay. Refundable within 14 days of departure per lease agreement guidelines. Non-family groups should be 25 years of age or older to sign rental agreement. NO LOUD PARTIES !! The dates we have offered at this time are as follows.
