There is a 42" HD TV with DVD player & PS2 in the lounge area. The ground-floor master has a king-size bed, with a large walk-in closet & a substantial ensuite bathroom, featuring a large double shower, jacuzzi bath & a vanity unit with twin wash hand basins. From the bedroom is a lovely view of the lake, with sliding patio doors accessing the deck & pool.Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms. All are fitted with large walk-in closets & are fitted for cable TV. The 2 twin rooms have combination TV/DVDs. The 4th bedroom features a queen-size bed. There is also a spacious bathroom.A PC fitted with wireless Broadband Internet is available for Guests' use, allowing cheap Internet calls home.The utility/laundry room features a washing machine & tumble dryer leading to a large double garage. Inside the garage, which has been turned into a Games Room, are a pool table & dartboard along with 7 bicycles & fishing equipment which may be used by guests to try their luck on the adjoining lake ? it fishes very well just after dawn & in the early evening! A wheelchair is available (in the garage) for disabled or elderly guests to use. There are also 2 travel cots & a high chair should they be required.At the rear of the house is a spacious deck area with a 28 ft heated pool with adjoining hot tub/jacuzzi, from which there is a beautiful view of the lake. Throughout the day there are continuous opportunities to soak up the sun from any of the 8 loungers/poolside chairs. There is a large covered lanai fitted with a ceiling fan, with a poolside bathroom & an exterior shower close at hand.
