.Our cottage is a magnificently decorated 4 room house plus den with 180 ft. lake frontage in location of private summer season houses. There is a private dock for swimming and boating. The house has two decks and an outdoor patio with picnic table and gas grill and there is a screened porch with glider and wicker chairs. It is heated by electrical basebord heat with thermostats in each room. The livingroom is 23' x 15' with cable television, DVD, airconditioner and Ben Franklin stove. The huge cooking area has a table for 10, glass top array with self cleaning oven, 22 cu. ft. refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, mixer, mixer, food processor, waffle maker, crockery pot, set of dishes for 24, glass wares, pans and pots, cookware, bakeware, serving dishes, etc. The downstairs has one room, a lovely full bath with double shower, a den with a couch bed and a washer and clothes dryer found off the cooking area. Upstairs are three rooms with a complete bath. The master room has a sitting area and a deck with an additional outdoors staircase. The beautiful, treed lot has a hammock, bonfire pit, battery sphere court, and croquet. The Mayville Village Park (2 miles) has free watercraft launching, lighted tennis courts and a play area. Our location offers excellent restaurants, shopping, antiques, Amish neighborhood with porch sales, hiking, bike tracks, and boat rentals. World popular Chautauqua Institution is just 5 mi. Go on line for their summer program. Spring here is gorgeous and the fall folliage is 2nd to none !! We lease just by the week in July and August. In May, June, September and October we lease by the weekend in addition to by the week. Costs start from $800 each week in the off times of the year and $250+ per weekend.
