Hey Renters!I have 2 rooms for rent in New Citrus Springs. The dimensions of the rooms are approximately 12x12 feet with an extended standard-sized closet. In addition, there are low rise windows that allow natural lighting in case you do not want to use the recessed lighting. One room is cable-ready and can accomodate television along with wireless internet. In addition, it has a fan. This can also be done to the extra spare room for a small fee. There is a private bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms. The rooms are both fully carpeted in a home that is only 5 years old, 1600 sq feet, and in a friendly and safe neighborhood. The house is also located 5 miles south of Dunellon/Marion County, and is easily accesible to a highway. There is running/biking trail across the street and a golf course a half mile to the west. Furthermore, there are tennis courts and recreational facilities less than 2 miles north. Both Room are in Great Condition and I would like someone that will maintain that appearance. I am looking for someone who is a NON-Smoker, does not party, may drink socially, preferably female, but just looking for someone who is Clean :) In addition, I am looking for someone who is responsible and willing to share the home in an orderly environment. Please no pets. I am asking for $430 but willing to negotiate on price if you have extenuating circumstances. I am also flexible on move-in times and dates. Please only contact me if you are serious.
