I'm an Ithaca College graduate, renting a beautiful recently refurbished, highly effective two room house for college graduation weekend. This two floor house with an outdoor patio area is readily available May 16th -18 th and is located 1/2 a mile up West Hill in Ithaca. This is less than 2 miles from downtown and one mile to the areas finest grocery establishments. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. One space has a full size bed, the other has a futon mattress on the floor. Downstairs has an extra futon on a frame. Towels and bedding are offered and the kitchen is available for use. Dishwasher, laundry and parking area all consisted of. $400 per night, two night minimum. Lease is negotiable. Asking for a security deposit of $200 beforehand. This will be gone back to you as long as the house is gone back to its original clean and well operating condition. Do not hesitate to contact me with added concerns!
