DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE ELEVATIONS ARE LIKE DENVER (MILE HIGH) IT IS MARVELOUSLY COOL EVEN IN JULY AND AUGUST! Feel the breeze as it rustles through the towering pines! You'll discover plenty of parking for 2-4 trailers OR THE REST OF YOUR ATV OR HOT ROD TOYS. Also, our house has a huge oversize 2.5- ATTACHED garage. Inside this 4 room residence with a remarkable finished guy cavern that rests 4 even more, there are hardwood floors, new or more recent devices, a/c and 2 more recent washrooms. We have actually prepared this the home of accommodate huge groups of up to 16 if essential.
